Autumn

Autumn is slowly coming to an end, which makes me kind of sad. I don't know if it is because I like the oranges and greens of this season, or if it is because I can't stand the cold of the winter. In any case, that has nothing to do with the art...

I had this idea of doing a four panel painting of the seasons. Each panel would be 12'' x 36''. It is just an ongoing project I will be working on on the side throughout the year. For now I have ''Autumn'' done. The ideas for the other three seasons are already in my sketchbook. It is just a matter of the actual seasons to come. As for the colors... As of right now I'm imagining an orange Autumn, blue Winter, Green Spring, and undecided Summer full of butterflies! Can't wait! =)
